Wow... that's an insane eye you have. Great observation, he does in fact bear a striking resemblance to Billy Magnussen from ATWT... That might actually be him with the glasses on.
When I saw those first three photo's I was gonna say that looks like Billy. Great photo's BTW, anymore?
Yeah, this guy's apparently one of the more recent additions to the ATWT cast. Oh, and yes, there are in fact more where those came from...
And I imagine there'll be even better ones as his tenure on the show progresses.
(btw, I forgot to mention in the post, but the photo with him on the couch makes for an outstanding wallpaper :-)

Billy is super hot! I love the lady how she's like "wear a tie" *looks him up and down* "and a shirt"... hrm... we all know the shirt is totally optional!
ATWT writers are so predictable. i happened to catch that episode in the clip. once they put a shirtless guy in front of a girl, you know they're gonna hook up, and that's what they did
i did enjoy the gratuitous shirtlessness though.
